People seek therapy for many different reasons, but one thing that I know to be true is that for whatever reason you are seeking it out we desire to live a happy and fulfilling life.  Life can often feel overwhelming at times for everybody and with the skills of a therapist a person can gather perspective and reach for the answers that often lie closer to home than we realize. Having a listening ear, a voice of reason or an expert to help guide the journey can often help reduce anxiety, depression, stress and relationship issues.
Everyone is capable of feeling happy, strong and joyful. I know this may sound like a cliché’ but personal growth, while not always fun or easy is better than living with hurt, fear and/or negativity. I strive to make the therapeutic process as comfortable as possible. I want the time I spend with you to be empowering, useful and most importantly a time where you feel 100% safe and secure to discuss what is challenging you so that you may move forward and past the pain.
